A standard “Windows CE 6.0 bootable ISO” does not exist in the same way as for desktop Windows (XP/7/10). Windows CE is an built for specific hardware (ARM, x86, MIPS, SH4) using Platform Builder — not a generic ISO you can download and boot on any PC.
