St-link: Driver Windows 10

The ST-LINK is a family of in-circuit debuggers and programmers developed by STMicroelectronics for its STM8 and STM32 microcontrollers. The ST-LINK driver is a software component that allows a Windows 10 PC to communicate with an ST-LINK adapter (standalone or embedded on discovery boards like Nucleo, STM32F4-Discovery, etc.) via USB.

Without the correct driver, Windows 10 will either fail to recognize the device or show it as an "Unknown Device," preventing firmware uploads and debugging in IDEs like STM32CubeIDE, Keil MDK, IAR EWARM, or command-line tools like STM32CubeProgrammer. The driver behavior differs slightly depending on the ST-LINK version: st-link driver windows 10
