Niton Xlt 898 User Manual -
Has anyone successfully replaced the touch screen membrane on these? Mine has dead spots in the lower right corner. End of post.
I just picked up an older alloy analyzer. It powers on, but I don’t have the original user manual. I’ve searched Thermo’s website (looks like they’ve purged legacy docs for this model) and tried the usual manual libraries, but no luck. Niton Xlt 898 User Manual
Hey everyone,
XRF_Tech_01 Board: Analytical Instruments / Niton Users Group Has anyone successfully replaced the touch screen membrane
@AlloyAl – Thank you so much! That answers everything. I’ll pull the battery tonight and rig an external supply. but no luck. Hey everyone
Alternatively, are the similar enough? I found an XLt 800 manual online, but the 898 is the higher-energy model (silicon drift detector vs. Si-PIN?).
