I recently switched to Mac (Ventura/Sonoma, M2 Pro), and I’m trying to find a legit download for the Mac version. I know the original .dmg was 32-bit only, so it probably doesn't even work on Catalina+.
I found out the devs went under, but some say the engine lives on in a different plugin. Anyone know the name? Common Reply from users: "Just a heads up: There is no native Apple Silicon version. Even if you find the old beta, it won't work on modern MacOS. Your only real option for that sound is to buy a cheap Windows laptop or run a Windows VM. Or, check out 'Sampletank 4 CS' (free) and load the old 'GM Legacy' sounds—it's the closest you'll get legally."

I’m trying to get that late 2000’s J-Pop, Trance, and Video Game soundtrack vibe back. I used to rinse back in my FL Studio PC days (the "GM2 + Rompler" king).
Does anyone have a lead on Luxonix Purity for Mac (Intel/M1)? Or the best modern alternative?
