The GT-I9060I is a budget device from 2014 featuring a Broadcom BCM21663/BCM23550 chipset. Unlike Exynos or Snapdragon devices, Broadcom SoCs lack proper open-source support (Chipset is GPU-less or relies on VideoCore IV), making a true Lineage OS port incredibly difficult.
